How amazing is Tiger? It’s my (one of many) guilty pleasures. Today was largely spent browsing the general Grafton Street area, and spending too many dollar bills in Zara and Boots.
However, one shop in which I didn’t overspend was Tiger. Why? Because it’s basically a glorified pound shop. If you love a good nose through a stranger’s shopping basket, read on for an (incredibly random) “What I bought in Tiger” haul!
Purchase number one was a Dead Sea Body Wrap – And I’m very intrigued. It sounds amaze – Black mud enriched with aloe vera, olive oil, vitamin E and seaweed. So far so hydrating. Slap it on, wait 20 minutes and rinse. Hopefully it won’t destroy/dye my skin or cause a severe allergic reaction…
Next up I snapped up these two mugs, one with ‘E’, one with ‘M’ – For myself (Edel) and my boyfriend (Mark)!
I also got a dinky little headphones holder… Hopefully this will prevent the inevitable tangling of wires. (Provided I bother to use it).
If you’re a Tiger Balm fan (not Tiger store related – Tiger Balm of the muscle pain relief variety) and are struggling to source it (It’s constantly out of stock with pharmacy suppliers at the moment) – Tiger has a dupe – China Balm! Imma need this for after all the lengthy workouts I have scheduled in my future!!
Then there’s the pocket size tissues (How cute – They say Atju!), the unavoidable kitchen utensils, the key covers, the candles…. Obviously I also stocked up on random stationary bits, being the stationary queen that I am.
Finally, I picked up this cute little ‘pen holder’ that I intended to use for make-up brushes. How and ever, it’s actually teeny tiny. (It was sold in a flat pack so who was to know!)… Cotton buds holder it is.
… And now you know all the absolute shite I can’t resist! (Stationary and candles in general are biggies!)
All this shrapnel though for €35. Love!
And I’ll let you know what that body wrap is like!
